Born and raised in Kentuckiana, Kathy has been a dedicated professional in the mortgage industry since 1984. With over 40 years of experience, Kathy has built a reputation for her deep understanding of the market, her commitment to providing exceptional service, and her unwavering dedication to her clients’ needs in helping them purcharse their dream home, refinancing, or consolidating debt.
In 2019, Kathy took the next step in her career by founding Riverside Mortgage, a company that reflects her values of integrity, expertise, and customer-centric solutions. Through Riverside Mortgage, Kathy continues to lead the charge in helping clients secure the right financing for their homes, making the home-buying process as smooth and transparent as possible.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Kathy has been happily married to her husband Dave for over 40 years. She enjoys spending time at the beach and cherishes the companionship of her beloved dog, Woody.

A native of New Albany, Eric has been helping individuals and families navigate the mortgage process since 2006. He spent six years working in California, where he not only gained invaluable experience but played a key role in helping establish a successful mortgage company in Pasadena, which continues to operate today. After returning to Kentuckiana, Eric continued his mortgage career - bringing his expertise knowledge back home with him.
As a Loan Officer at Riverside Mortgage, Eric’s experience and deep understanding of the market allow him to offer tailored solutions for his clients, ensuring they get the right financing for their needs. He is particularly passionate about finding solutions for individuals who may not think homeownership is within reach. He works tirelessly to guide clients through the mortgage process, ensuring they have the resources and support to make home-buying a reality.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys live music and can often be found fishing in his free time!

Born in Las Vegas, Brittany made Southern Indiana her home as an adult. She joined Riverside Mortgage in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in finance and a new passion for real estate. As the Lead Processor at Riverside, Brittany plays a critical role in ensuring each client’s mortgage process is as smooth and stress-free as possible!
Though her primary title is processing, Brittany wears many hats to keep the office running efficiently. She works closely with each member of the team and takes pride in supporting clients through every step of the process. Communication is key to Brittany’s approach, and clients will often speak with her directly, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. She also works directly with other parties involved in the file process, coordinating every detail to keep things on track! Her goal is to alleviate the challenges of purchasing a home or refinancing, offering comfort and clarity throughout the entire process.
Brittany has recently discovered a love for traveling, often accompanied by her French Bulldog, Gus, who is almost always by her side. However - as an advid Green Bay Packers fan, you will never find her missing a game!
